Project Description: Detailed Engineering survey of The Esplanade Torquay to establish accurate road model including road profile, shoulders, batters and the integration to the adjoining foreshore reserve.  Purpose of the survey was for detailed road design, drainage design and contract documentation. Surfcoast Survey & Drafting Services P/L were also responsible for the detailed site setout for construction.
